殷祥标,男,1988年11月生,河南省郸城县人,博士,教授,硕士及博士生导师。湖南省高层次青年人才和高层次人才引进创新团队学术骨干,南华大学核化工与核燃料工程系主任、先进核燃料循环化工研究中心副主任、南华大学核科学技术学院青年优秀高层次人才,兼任日本东京工业大学客座研究员、日本原子能机构访问学者。2010年在河南大学文理实验班学院物理学专业学习获理学学士学位,2013年获上海交通大学核科学与工程专业工学硕士学位,2014-2017年获国家留学公派奖学金在日本东京工业大学大学核工程专业学习并取得工学博士学位。2013-2021年期间,先后任职日本东北大学量子能源工程系项目研究员、日本东京工业大学日本学术振兴会特聘研究员、日本原子能机构福岛先进退役国际共同研究中心博士后,东京工业大学科学技术创成研究院研究员。2021年11月全职引进至南华大学核科学技术学院工作。
主要致力于核燃料循环与环境放射化学领域的研究,方向涉及乏燃料后处理、稳定及医用同位素分离、环境修复和核废物处理处置等。作为项目负责人或核心参与人完成日本政府在核废物处理处置领域的多项重大科研课题,主持日本学术振兴会特别研究员基金(JSPS D2 & PD)、福岛核电站反应堆退役机构青年基金、日子原子能机构JAEA博士研究员基金等项目3项,参与国家自然科学基金委-日本科学技术振兴会国际合作项目,日本文部省和环境省重点项目4项;回国后入选湖南省高层次青年人才项目和湖南省高层次人才引进创新团队学术骨干,获批主持国家自然基金委青年基金1项、湖南省芙蓉实验室科技攻关项目1项、中核集团中国原子能科学研究院、中广核集团中广核研究院、杭州湘亭科技有限公司等企业横向合作课题4项,获批项目科研总经费1000余万元;近年来在环境、化学、材料、核能、冶金领域知名期刊共发表SCI期刊论文80余篇,以第一作者和通讯作者在Adv. Sci.(IF =16.3),Water. Res.(IF =11.5),Environ. Sci. Technol.(IF = 10.9),J.Hazard. Mater.(IF = 12.2),Chem. Eng. J.(IF = 13.4),Sci. China Chem.(IF = 10.4),Sep. Puri. Tech.(IF = 8.2),Chemosphere(IF = 8.1),Int. J. Biol. Macromol.(IF = 7.7),Ceram. Int.(IF = 5.1)和Microp. Mesop. Mater.(IF = 4.8)等国际著名学术期刊发表论文30余篇,总他引1300余次,H-index 21。申请中国发明专利8件;受邀参加2024年国家自然科学基金委员会放射化学学科研讨会、全国核化学与放射化学学术研讨会等多个国内外学术会议并作口头报告30余次,获得第十六届全国核化学与放射化学学术研讨会优秀青年报告奖,担任先进核能技术设计与安全教育部重点实验室固定人员和方向负责人之一、中国辐射防护学会放射化学分会理事、太平洋地区核能大会(PBNC2022)核设施退役及废物管理分会共同主席及分会场主席、2024及2025年全国核材料产学研合作高峰论坛会议核燃料循环分会主席和大会执行主席、Toxic期刊青年与客座编委等。
作为中心副主任,与“国家引进海外高层次人才”韦悦周教授共同组建先进核燃料循环化工研究团队,团队现有南华大学学科领军人才1名,青年优秀人才3名,特聘外籍专家2名,含教授3名,副教授3名,讲师5名,拥有非常良好的研究及国际化氛围。课题组长期招收优秀的理论和实验方面的硕、博士生和博士后,欢迎有志从事核化工与放射化学专业的同学加入!团队将积极为其成长创造条件,支持参加国内外各类学术交流活动,并努力为其继续深造以及就业提供帮助。
